FILLING YOUR ORDER:
As described (in the About Us page) our work is totally artisan-based --- no assembly lines here. We sometimes have a few of the more popular designs on hand; if so we ship within the week ordered. However, like a “five-star” restaurant we usually “cook to order”. When that’s the case we notify you to advise a shipping date. In any event we strive to ship within the customary three to four weeks. If your purchase is for a certain dated event please alert us when ordering. All things are possible---sometimes.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Much to your advantage most orders to us are processed by our secured PayPal service with no transaction fees to you. However, for custom work and for expedited delivery services (as separately noted) we request that you place your orders directly with us by telephone, e-mail or Fax. These exceptions require direct payment to us by check, money order or C.O.D /Cash. The owner/artisans will personally tend to all order exceptions.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If our artistry or workmanship is not to your expectation --- or not as represented --- we will refund your purchase price . All it takes is your telephone call within five days of receiving the order. In fairness we ask only that when placing your order you carefully note the measurements of the ensemble and mounting fixture to be certain they fit or are in scale with your intended weathervane location.
SHIPPING IS FREE!
Unlike all others in our field we offer FREE shipping within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground or by U.S .Parcel Post. For shipping beyond the continental 48 States --- and for expedited shipping services within --- we ask that you place your entire order directly with us by telephone , e-mail or Fax. Our PayPal service does not accommodate these exceptions. Only we can then give specific shipping costs and possible delivery dates. Sorry, we do not ship to international locations…but we will personally deliver our work overseas if round-trip airfare is offered!
